This universal fixative, rich in trace elements derived from red algae, ensures a perm with high-performance hold, while leaving hair healthy and shiny.

How to use

Pour 80 to 100 ml of neutralizer into a non-metallic bowl. Lather well before use. Apply about 2/3 of neutralizer with a sponge, impregnating strands rolled up on curlers. Leave for 5 minutes. Unroll without pulling and apply the rest of the neutralizer, massaging lightly into the ends. Rinse thoroughly for 2 to 3 minutes.
