CARMEN RITUEL Perfecting Balm from EUGENE PERMA Professionnel is the final step in the ritual. Formulated with Organic Sacha Inchi Oil and Organic Jojoba Oil, it guarantees optimum efficiency of the entire ritual, and provides a feeling of well-being and comfort. It facilitates detangling and leaves hair soft. This 3-step coloring ritual is concentrated in organic plant oils to care for the scalp and hair*.

After the rebalancing cleansing gel, apply to towel-dried hair from roots to ends, not forgetting the scalp. Massage to distribute evenly and comb through. Leave on for 5 minutes, then rinse.
