**People allergic to hair coloring (including PPD in particular) are nevertheless still likely to develop an allergic reaction. It is essential to carry out an allergy test 48 hours before use.

CHOICE OF ACTIVATING CREAM
To guarantee a smooth mixture and optimal results, it is recommended to use exclusively CARMEN RITUAL activating creams. They have been developed to obtain a tailor-made result, in response to the daily needs of the colorist.
> 5 and 9 Volumes: for a tone-on-tone coloring result without lightening (mixture 1+2, 1+1 possible)
> 20 and 30 Volumes: for a permanent coloring result and lightening up to 3 tons (1+1 mixture)
BLEND
Bowl + crimping brush
> Tone-on-tone coloring: mixture 1+2 (or 1+1 possible) > 30 ml of the shade(s) + 60 ml of 5 or 9 Volume activating cream.
> Permanent coloring: 1+1 mixture > 60 ml of the shade(s) + 60 ml of 20 or 30 Volume activator cream.
If you want to mix a natural shade with a highlight, we recommend adding ¼ to ½ of the natural shade to the highlight depending on the desired result.
NB: the color of the mixture and its oxidation on the head have no impact on the final result.
APPLICATION
Using a brush on dry, unwashed or well-dried hair.
APPLICATION TIME
> Tone-on-tone coloring: 20 min
> Permanent coloring: 30 to 40 min (in case of hair that is difficult to take).
ELONGATION
>On slightly and moderately damaged hair: the last 15 minutes (mixture without base)
>On very damaged hair/very faded shades: immediate lengthening
For optimal results, activator is not recommended.
Never exceed the total exposure time of 40 minutes.
EMULSION/RINSE
Emulsify carefully, rinse thoroughly, wash hair with the rebalancing cleansing jelly then apply the perfecting treatment balm, leaving it on for 2 to 5 minutes before rinsing (read and follow the instructions for use indicated on the packs).
